It was a nice property along the golf course with a really big room.

Was a bit expensive for what the room was. But I am aware that the area is expensive.

Great price value, top location

Staff was always extremely friendly, the rooms are already a bit older in style, but top cleaned and very friendly furnished. The size is perfect for a family, easy to access everything around the hotel. We only used the pool one afternoon - but I can tell you, that the slide has it, a pity we didn't used it more often. The pool bar offers snacks and food, an absolute decent hotel to relax for a few days. There have been paintings etc going on - they maintain the hotel very well, it is not disturbing and it's lovely to see that someone still puts some love into it. Breakfast doesn't have a wide range of varieties, but for us a tea with a hot chocolate croissant and some fruits were more than enough. We had a rental car, restaurants were just a 3-5 minute ride away but just too far to walk with children. just in case, that;'s the whats app contact for the car rental: +66927101063. Pick up and drop of at the airport, done within less 5 minutes and 30$% cheaper than the big brands.

Brilliant stay with young kids, they can’t wait to go back!

Great location, the swimming pool was just right for the children with a fun slide. Large rooms with lots of living space.

The kids club is a little tired looking.

Would stay again. Great value for money.

Lovely fully furnished and serviced 2 bedroom suite. Great location. Part of Banyan Tree and Angsana Group so had access to great amenities. Staff were lovely. Property is a little dated and run down but that is part of its charm and why it is much cheaper than other comparable properties. Staff were lovely. Can catch the free shuttle to nearby places to eat, shop, visit the beach etc. lovely breakfast each day. We stayed for 9 days so obviously we ate a lot of the same thing but it was always fresh and delicious. Kids loved the donut selection each morning.

Wifi dropped out a lot and was inconsistent. Pool was undergoing maintenance and while we had access to other properties this sometimes changed last minute

Good family stay for 2 weeks with amazing staff.

The staff were great. Location was great. Accessibility was great. I like the layout of restaurant opening onto pool.

I feel like the restaurant menu could have been a bit better :) though it was tasty.

Basically, it is the hotel with good hospitality and I am satisfied.

It may be a coincidence, but the room I stayed in smelled of mold, which was disappointing.

If you don’t mind cold showers, nice place with friendly staff.

Mostly the staff, the rooms were nice, and a good view.

No hot water. Request was made to fix it. A technician came to fix and it remained broken.

Fabulous hotel for families.

The rooms were beautiful and we loved having a separate lounge area and kitchen, plus balcony. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Kids loved the pool slide, plus we were given passes to visit a sister-hotel and transport there and back. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of choices.

The gym wasn't open.

Not the nicest property in the Laguna area . But decently priced apartments . Design is a bit jaded but otherwise clean

Wonderful

The staff was very helpful. The location was very nice as we preferred the quiet area. Many restaurant and street food around. If you have a car, it will be very convenient.

The only downside of this room was the floor in the bedroom. It needed some renovation but I think it was on progress.

experience is more than what you paid

Beach was private, big, white sand, clean calm water, restaurant and bar, beach chairs, towels, everything you need is there! Breakfast starts 6am and looking at ocean, the bar at sunset, facilities and staffs are more than what you paid.
